First Class

First class have had great fun the last few weeks. We made Bridget’s crosses and enjoyed pancake day. We were also learning about the rainforest for Green Schools and made beautiful parrots, chameleons and did creative writing. We had a visit from Sringfield Ramblers one day and have been doing shared reading with sixth class.

Purple Class

The purple class have been very busy in the last few weeks learning all about winter. We have been on nature walks and enjoyed playing on frosty mornings. We have also started preparing for Christmas with lots of arts and crafts and preparing for our Christmas concert.

National Tree Day

Zac in Orange Class planted a native Irish wild cherry tree to celebrate National Tree Day on 7th October. The theme was ‘Trees are Good Neighbours’. We will plant it in the school garden next spring.

Le Chéile Orange Class 2021

The Orange Class have settled very well into the new school year. They have been busy doing lots of learning, fine motor activities and autumn arts & crafts. We have also gone on nature walks around the school track. Some of the children are really enjoying integrating into the mainstream classes and making lots of new friends. Well done everyone!!
